Research Of Coal Feeder Meterage And Control System

On the basis of thoroughly seeing about coal feeder meterage and control system in the world, and incorporate with the characteristics of the operation and maintenance of the on-site boiler burning control system, this paper presents a new scheme integrating weighing meterage with electric control. We choose AD7719 chip as data sampling system. It is embedded with digital filter and signal regulable circuit . System basic chip MC33889 supplies independent power for MCU and other peripheral equipment. The embedded programmable watchdog monitors the working state of MCU which guarantee that MCU can work reliably. The high-brightness VFD and encoder are the most component parts of the man-machine unit. The system parameters setting and history can be displayed in Chinese.This system has been put into test, the result has proved its high stability and reliability.
