The problems of environment and resource, which are bad increasingly, have been brought forward the new challenge to the traditional manufacturing industry. Manufacturing industry not only demand to produce all kinds of product to satisfying the human being's subsistence and development, but also ensure that the product have the characteristic of environment friendly and accord with the request '3R' (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). Design for disassembly and recycling (DFD&R) is the most efficient and economical means for responses this challenge. So DFD&R has been became one of the most important researches in the life-cycle design for product.Based on review of the relational literature, All information required for disassembly info model of the product is classified into six parts: management info, geometrical info, topological info, semantically engineering info, process info and resource info. The information for modeling is convenient for management and expansion, and the same time, this paper suggests distinguishing jointing from components of product. Here, distribution of jointing is regard as a semantically engineering info, which can reduce the difficulty of disassembly planning greatly.In order to overcome difficulties of graph used in evaluation of product's disassembly-recycling property, this paper brings forward the method of interference checking for operation feasibility of possible disassembly schemes. This can ensure the validity of the disassembly- recycling planning's result.For software realization, depending on commercial CAD software, the paper designs and develops a software system for decision-making checking and disassembly process simulation. The paper discusses its principles and methods to realize. At last, taking the air-condition as example, the paper validates the theories and methods about the software system.
