The Study On Cooperant System Based On AHP For Mould Enterprises

With the rising variety of customer's demand, the updating speed of product becomes faster and faster, and the technical request for die and mould also becomes higher and higher. It has become a main trend of mould enterprises to share manufacturing resource to accomplish the business projects together. So how to select partners logically to organize Dynamic Alliance for small and medium-sized enterprises is studied here.After analyzing the manufacture and collaborate process of small and medium-sized enterprises, the equipments and technology status of the mould enterprise and the necessary of actualizing Dynamic Alliance is declared. Integrating the concept of AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process), an evaluating method is brought up which synthesize factors such as:delivery time, price, equipment. An AHP model for mould enterprises to select partners is also constituted.Adopting Browser/Server mode as system frame, using JSP and SQL technology, The Cooperant System Based on AHP for Mould Enterprises is developed. The collectivity design process such as logic and database structure is explained, and the detail design course of main modules is also described particularly. An example is presented to validate the correctness and feasibility of the cooperant system in the end.The system can help small and medium-sized enterprises to select partners more efficiently and justly. It also can optimize the scheme of manufacturing resource between enterprises and offer a way to actualize Dynamic Alliance. By combining the enterprise's web portal and digital manufacturing system such as C3P and PDM, the system economizes the charge and upgrades the level of enterprise's infomationization.In a word, the significative approach about how to put the theory of Dynamic Alliance into practice is made; By realizing the cooperation system based on AHP, the reference for small and medium-sized mould enterprise to organize Dynamic Alliance is given.
