The Research On The Sustainable Utilization Of Regional Water Resources Of Humid Area

Water resources is the support of human life and mankind civilization. Along with the economic and social development, the. need of society is more and more high, many nations has sunk into the predicament that water resources runs short. For the sake of the efficiently reasonable exploitation water resources, making the utilization of water resources go on, and keeping on the economical and social development, this text takes the sustainable utilization of Sanmen County in Zhejiang province as an example of wet region. The results is as follows:Firstly, from the property of sparse lack about resources, putting forward the important meaning to keeping on development about water resources in wet region ;According to the thought of the sustainable development, the content of the sustainable exploitation of water resources is analyzed.Secondly, keeping the district of water resources with southern, the calculation method in wet region is studied. In order to show the results of the district without the familiar calculation method of water resources , the calculation is studied initially. Analyzing the relation of the water resources made use of and supplied, the maximum of utilization of water resources is put forward.Thirdly, according to the latest national program outline of water resources, and the ecosystem three major types of the life, product and ecology, the estimate theories and methods on the needs of water resources in a region is summarized and induced.Fourthly, from the natural supply , the development , the economic contented degree to society and the coordination in ecosystem of water resources, the evaluating index system and the model on the sustainable development of water resources is established.Fifthly, with the evaluation of the levels of Sanmen county, the basic factors about limiting the sustainable development of water resources, the falling behind of the works about water supplied , the low efficiency of using water, the management and etc. is founded, and the strategy of problem-solving is put forward.
