Practical Research Of Energy Management System In HengShui Power Network

This paper begins with the development of the Automation of Power Network Management system. It builds subject with the practicability of EMS in Hengshui. In this paper, the purpose,the significance and the practicable requirements of the four basic functions of Energy Management System in HengShui Power Network are described in details. The contents of the practical models and the application effect are described as well. The practical problems during the application process are discussed based on the project perspective, and the responding countermeasures are introduced. Many experience based on this are generalized. Also the trend that the EMS will develop towards the open structure meeting the requirements of IEC, based on the development of the EMS structure, is analyzed.
