| The core ideas of modular design are: after module partition, re-design certain modules from new products to meet customer demand for personalized products. Based on the in-depth study of modular design principles and methods, established the overall integrated method of modular design; At the same time, by means of in-depth study, presented the soft module partition method. The major research content and innovations are as follows:(1) Analyzed the existing modular design methods, on the basis of the analysis of comparing the methods, presented the integrated method for designing modular mechanical products, the main characteristics:First, feasibility analysis -----prior to initiation of modular work,to some extent, avoided modular work's blindness; Second, the target of modular work classification, made the modular design of more targeted and operability.(2) Comparative several representative module partition principles, including: the principle of the division of artillery, division principles of functional modules etc. ; at the same time put forward the evaluation of module partition principles . Based on the four indicators , presented a three-dimensional modules partition principles, the principles are in line with the requirements of the evaluation indicators and possessed very good theoretical and practical value.(3) Analyzed the existing methods of modules partition. Based on summing up the advantages and disadvantages of these methods, advanced a soft module partition method. The methodology classified the objects of module partition to improve the flexibility and maneuverability. In addition, the methodology focused on research of module partition method, which faced the category of "modular transformation of the existing products ". The methods commendably meet the current needs of enterprises and have strong practical significance. In the end, presented the corresponding mathematical methods.(4) Combined with the topic of our Research Center, the above methods are certificated at a certain extent. |
