Sluice projects are important water resources infrastructure and playing important role in the flood control,block tide,irrigate,supply water,the environmental protection,shipping and hydraulic power etc. Howerer, during the period of circulate long-term function such as air, freezing-thawing, flow, pollute, wind, wave, rainfall, snow, construction quality and aging etc.,many sluice projects exist a safe problem. Along with the operation of the sluice, monitoring data is more and more, analysis these data is very difficulty. Formerly because of various conditional restriction, the technical personnel of the power station can hardly handle in time. Generally they will entrust it to correlative department, and complete with long time. So, normal method can't manage these monitoring data in time, and can't find and deal with hidden troubles. So as to delay opportune moment, resulting in unwanted loss. Therefore, set up a scientific,reasonable safety evaluation and the safety monitoring and manage system of sluice projects, can evaluate the safety in time, in order to find,handle,resolve problem early, and it is very important to the safety operation of the sluice. The network engineering and artificial intelligence technical, provides essential condition for complete the safety evaluation and the safety monitoring and manage system of Sluice.Based on gathering the long series data of Yaoheba sluice, monitoring data analysis was done using the normal regulations method such as comparison, chart, the characteristic value statistic and step-regression analysis.
