The Technology Study Of Assembly Line For Micro Electric Pump

Assembly line is a manufacture method which arose in the 20^th century. It hasbeen widely used in industry and constantly been innovated in its content and shape. Now, assembly line has already been studied and applied in automobile, electron, garment and so on. But in pump industry, many corporations still hold the level of handwork. Though some corporations have adopted the production line, their designs are still based on experience. Assembly line that designed specially for pump has scarcely been studied. According to this condition, the study of it proposed.First, on the base of detailed investigation on the general situation, study standard and develop trend, we comprehensively elaborated the principle and correlative characteristics of the assembly line, put forward the designing requirement of it, defined the parameter which include output, assembly time and cycle time.Then, according to the actual status, the paper explored the method of designing micro electric pump, obtained the process flow on analyzing its structure and process, studied the standardized work time by the theory of Lean Production. The paper analyzed the means of balance of the assembly line mainly though branch and bound method, presented the concrete measure of its whole layout and determined the circulation according to JIT. After comparing the way of how to control the line, we take the method of PLC technique.At last, by analyzing some pragmatic data of garden pump in a manufacturer in Zhejiang, we improved its current lines according to the way of designing assembly line. And the company also increased 8 lines, which previously planed to increase 14. At the same time, we successfully designed a 120×166 m² new factory and its assembly line for a company in Shangdong, which verified the feasibility of the design, and provide a valuable reference for the designing of micro electric pump.
