Large reconstruct projects have brought a new round adjustment and development motive for cities' structure and function, which have also increased transportation pressure for 1he road transportation system of the related districts. So how to make sure the influence scope and carry on the TIA, and how to draw up reasonable improvement programming, are the key to make our city develop healthy.Based on the related theories of transportation influence scope, the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis are adopted to confirm NanTang street reconstruct project's scope. At the same time, the transportation demand forecast model of NanTang reconstruct project is improved. According to the four stages: the transportation creation-the transportation distribute- the transportation mode splitting-the transportation assign, the stage of the transportation mode splitting is added, which makes the forecast analysis more integrity; in the stage of the transportation mode splitting, it is divided as follows: bus, bike, taxi, car, etc. It is more equal to the actual circumstance.According to the analysis of large reconstruction project's target of transportation improvement programming and its main methods, combined with NanTang reconstruction project, the transportation organization optimization is integrated to the method of transportation improvement programming, and the corresponding method is also established. Finally, the effect evaluation of the transportation improvement programming of reconstruction project is carried on, which is used to judge the risk and rationality of the method. And it can also apply warranty of reference decision-making for the management government.
