In order to overcome the problem of disposing scrap coins that made in the mass production of coin manufacture company and the business of bank, we analyzed the working principle and the control technology of crushing machine at home and abroad. On the basis of the investigation of market,a new and highly effective machine was designed to deal with the waste coins. The following contributions have been made.According to the requirement of the mass production of coin Manufacture Company, two solutions are proposed, including Up Input and Down Output; Input and Out in same Level; the questions and the characteristic has been compared and analyzed which two kinds of plans will possibly appear. Finally the planning of the scrap coin disposal system is determined and design parameters of each part of subsystems is calculated.Using the theory of mechanical dynamic,the model of the vibrating conveyor System has been developed, which has provided the foundation of selecting the type of other segment on machines and the whole machine designing.The scheme of Roll-forging system,elevating conveyor system and vibrating conveyor System have been established, the carrying capacity of Rolls is calculated and revised. All kinds of parameter have been used for selection of the type of elevating conveyor system.After finishing above the key technologies, detailed design initially for the entire machine has been fulfilled applying machine design theory and systematic integration method.The design of this system is novel, the technique is advanced. The machine adopted the mechanical techniques has the very high function and low price. and will fill with the demands of our country. On the other hand the design need to be improved for the next step, and the machine process and assemble method need to be mastered. It is believed that a new and novel prototype machine will be manufactured before long. .
