Study On Several Problems Of Traffic Impact Analysis In The Construction Item

Traffic impact analysis(TIA)has been carried out in our country for a long time.In our country,a few cities have made some Practices on TIA, show the result indicates that it’s useful to configure reasonably and instruct scientifically for urban land utility and item construction. Also Urban management and traffic management for the impact of construction projects on urban transport is expected to have a full understanding, provides the experience and basic data for future urban planning and construction. But there are a few Problems through the TIA experiences in our country, for example, lack of mature methodologies adapted to China’s national conditions, lack of a reasonable threshold, lack of the method of determining the scope of a transportation. And lack of the relevant normative standards, lack of accumulation and sharing of the city’s comprehensive transportation infrastructure basic data, lack of aptitude management system etc.In this dissertation, foundation theories and research system of traffic impact analysis are introduced. Based on the research of China’s urban construction projects of basic research carried out on the TIA, this dissertation systematically analyzes the problems of TIA currtntly in our country, and carries on its research. Recommendations should be established for the characteristics for the characteristic of China’s traffic impact assessment methodology, specification preparation, Accumulation and sharing of survey-based data. At last through a specific TIA describes myself involved in, further proposed improvements and recommendations on conditions for China’s current development of improved TIA in this papers.
