China's urbanization process had entered a rapid development stage in the late 90s in the last century,the urbanized main body transformed from the edge small towns to peripheral rural of big cities,the main body transformation stemmed from the demand of the urbanized scale get greater,scope get broader. However,the main body's transformation of Chinese urbanization has not yet been fully recognized by the academic circle,as an important aspect of urbanization in rural areas have not been paid enough attention to.Along with reform and open policy's advancement and the big city's development,many rural areas around the big cities get rich first by depending on the advantage of big urban.On one hand,the broad masses of peasants who have become rich eager to improve their living conditions,on the other hand,there is lack of guidance of related to instruction.It led to the disorderly development in many villages,much arable land has been damaged,and natural environment get worse.Although farmers' houses are built,their living environment isn't really improvement, in some cases it's a variation.If let it goes,they will become the new "villages" in the big cities and hindrance the development of modern big cities.This paper embarks from the present situation and the development of the big cities peripheral rural living modality,trying to explore new living modality how to adapt to the development of modern cities,avoid the abnormal development of the big cities peripheral rural,and become new "villages".The author inquired about intrinsic connection between the big cities peripheral rural and the development and evolve of the big cities by analyzing the correlation theories foundation of the development of the big cities peripheral rural living modality;analysis the status of rural living patterns and characteristics of the problems of Kunming peripheral rural,explore the development and evolution process,and made the forecast to future trend of development;Finally,proposes several kind of development patterns of Kunming peripheral rural living with the new idea,in the follow certain principles.
