Design And Reserch On The Workshop Of CA1071 Light Truck

This thesis was based on the light truck planning of the construction of the assembly workshop of the C company.In order to solve the insufficiency of the area of the assembly workshop,the company plan to build a new workshop which also is modernized and advanced with the good idea that can make it reality that the 100 million automobile can be produced in the workshop.So the future goal can be true when the new workshop is be done.This new workshop is about to set up the place where to the west of the painting workshop,to the south of the second assembly workshop.According to the layout of our company,the area of the place is as same as the second assembly workshop,but to fulfill the 1.67 times automobiles of the second assembly workshop,the thesis adopt the advanced thought which name blocking , that means the technical mechanical chains of the craftwork is divided three parts,they are the chains of the first interior decoration,the chains of the underpan,the chains of the second interior decoration.these three part the chains exits independently,and connected through the mechanical crunode,this new technologic form avoid the old form which use one chains to carry out the technical function.The length of the main chains is designed shorter than the old one,that to adopt this form can better avoid the safe hidden trouble,so make it drop lower.At the same time, the latter of the procedure can be supposed the customer of the header one,through this relationship,we can carry out the TPS during the process of the production.The door of craftwork of the automobile is designed independently from the main chains,this form can avoid the door is destroyed during the process of the first interior decoration.For the basis task, the workshop is arranged four blocking,the main chains blocking, the storing blocking, the checking blocking,the living blocking according to the function.This thesis also provide the good idea to deal with the development of the company when it is in the process of the increase of the production and the change of the type of the automobile.
