Research On Road Traffic Safety Facility System Economic Benefits

Based on studying the road traffic safety facility system, the paper analyzes the necessity of studying the safety facility economic benefits as well as the status at home and abroad; through data collection and model analysis, the paper filters and quantifies the relevant safety facility economic benefit indices, and quantifies and analyzes the establishment of evaluation models, establishes a evaluation index system of the traffic safety project economic benefit, and brings a theoretical model of evaluation to China's safety facility benefit. The achieved results are satisfying and it enriches theories and methods on benefit evaluation in the highway construction project pro-evaluation.Safety facility system economic benefit research is a problem that needs to be addressed urgently for highway construction projects and the implementation of issues. It is the key to achieve scientific investment decision-making in highway construction, and to improve project efficiency and sustainable development. In this paper, the role of security, social and economic factors on safety facility system is comprehensively taken into consideration, many principles on evaluation index selection are followed, and a set of index system applicable to safety facility system economic benefit quantization is established. Basing on systematically analyzing and summarizing economic benefit quantization research results in other areas, a quantization formula on each fix quantify index is established, and some qualitative index is also partially quantized. As lack of the evaluation standard for multiple index evaluation models of safety facility system economic benefits, the paper does not focus on that point, no evaluation of each index is given, Namely, don't carried on the index weight analysis, and the above study only plays the role of bringing on better discussions and studies.This paper first mentions the concept of user's satisfaction in safety facility system. Primary study on analysis and quantification of user satisfaction is done. As the first attempt, the author hopes that it is a trail supplement to the safety facility economic benefits.The paper quantitatively evaluates safety facility system economic benefits, and provides economic references for the constitution of the safety facility design and setup scheme, so this study has some applicable value.
