Study On The Appropriate Model And Planning Strategy Of The Urbanization Development In The Southwest National Area

By the end of 2005,Eastern coastal areas of the urbanization rate for 55.8%, while the west is less than 35 percent,the ethnic autonomous areas was only 23 percent, according to the statistical information.The process of urbanization and economic development has always been a mutual influence and promote each other from the history of economic development at home and abroad.On the one hand,Economic development was the foundation of urbanization and on the other hand,the urbanization has provided the backing for the economic development,the process of two promoted mutually was also the economic development and the social evolution history.Therefore,the important issues before us are explored the appropriate model and planning strategy of the urbanization development in the Southwest National Area actively,thus accelerating the urbanization process and promoting economy to realize the leap frog development.The paper is precisely based on above background,take a series of theories as the foundation,such as ethnoeconomics,urban economics,development economic, system economic,industrial economics,economics of population,agricultural economy,demography,sociology theories,follows principle which the theory and the practice unify,Induces the domestic and foreign urbanization development model fundamental research and the experience,and has established an urbanization development model which based on region main body function and reflects the urbanization dynamic pattern and the static space pattern in times.Then,the author analysis and evaluates the urbanization development in the Southwest National Area,then proposed the appropriate models from a strategic level and the planning countermeasures from the tactical level,Therefore,decides the main points and the key factors needed to guide of city Planning.Finally,the thesis Studies on the appropriate model and planning strategy of the urbanization development in Panxi area,through combined time and space, commonality and individuality,reveals the urbanization development model in common,proposes the corresponding planning strategy.
