The our country railroad conveyance business faces an unprecedented big development period currently, the railroad passenger transportation station also from past undertake of fall behind single railroad passenger transportation function to change direction the new city transportation that cooperates together with various transportation methods to change to a compound body gradually.Because of the railroadpassenger transportation technical development and social progress,and the passenger transportation present condition took place a tremendous change.In this case,our railway station building design presented new variety and trend.The progress of society requests for more humanization on passengers railway station design.The most important part of railway station design is the traffic organization.That is a new task to carry out the aim in the traffic organization's humanization design.As a architect,we should be aspiring and innovative,regard the actual situation of our country adequately,and exploit the new mode of the traffic organization which can adapt to our actual situation.This thesis analyzed the development process of the railway stations in an outside China,and the current situation of our railway stations.And then choose some typical railway stations in door as the field survey object to find the unhumanization sides.Then the thesis research the passenger's psychology and behavior based on the Enviroment -Behavior theory and find out the passenger's need of psychology and capability.On the basis of the facts the thesis deduced some point of radical principles and the countmeasure of traffic organization which can meet the passenger's humannizition needs.
