With the development of economy all over the world, the problem of short of energy is increasingly outstanding. The wind energy is a kind of clean renewable energy, free from pollution. The proportion of the wind energy to the other energy is more and more bigger in use currently. At the same time because the advantage of the wind energy, such as free from pollution, nearly exhaustless, more and more nations and regions throw in the research and the industry construction of the wind power. The industry of the wind energy develops to a certain scale in China last few years, but China gets behind the international community concerning the technical research of wind power, especially the key technique of the wind turbine. The blades, the key part of the wind turbine, are studied in this article.From using the wind energy point of view, explained the development wind resistance generator validity. Based on this proposed uses ADAMS design wind resistance generator, enabled the wind resistance energy to obtain the use, as mobile objects has opened up new ways to use energy. Used software Pro/E to establish the installments full-scale mock-up, has simulated the leaf blade through MECH/Pro specific interface program loading ADAMS the working condition. Through the simulated data research system's energy efficiency, had proven the design leaf blade meets the requirement, to further comprehensive development can install using the wind resistance builds the foundation.(1) The basic feature of virtual prototype technology is introduced,major contents and difficulties are pointed out in the paper. Author sums up the present research situation of virtual Prototyping technology at home and abroad and proves the necessity and significance of applying virtual Prototyping technology to research of separation.(2) According to the theories of modeling and simulation, the mathematical models of the working mechanism of the wind resistance generator are built and the foundation of simulation research of virtual wind resistance generator is established.(3) The 3D modeling method of wind resistance generator using Pro/E software is researched, the technology on modeling and virtual assembly is sums up, the 3D model is built and interferential test of assembly in Pro/E environment is completed.(4) Detailed analysis the methods and steps on how to use MECH/Pro establishment and conversion the three-dimensional model, it have some guiding significance to design and learning the three-dimensional model.(5) Study the interface technology of Pro/E and ADAMS, constructed wind resistance generator for virtual prototyping and simulation in ADAMS and have been got some of the curve under the load.(6) Study the ADAMS simulation curve and the physical prototype experiment data, and obtained the electricity generation rule.
