Study On Cost Control Of Maintenance And Repair Of The 600MW Generator Sets A Level In Yahekou Power Plant

Yahekou is a large thermal power plant which is installed 4 generators and 1900MW installation capacity. The cost control of maintenance and repair is very important because there are many times every year. The 600MW heat-powered generator set is the mainstream,a great part of expense management of these high-capacity generators sets lie in the management of the regular maintenance and repair. However, there is no complete and dependable studies and material on such subject so that it is very difficult to manage and control such expense.On basis of the experience of maintenance and repair in thermal power plant many years, We hold that different control theories and methods on cost control should be carried out in different phases of A level maintenance and repair. Through data collection and examination of sample projects, Apply work breaking structure chart(WBS),we have proved that the control methods in this thesis are practical and feasible.Try to improve the level of control mode for Yahekou power plant A level maintenance and repair cost.
