Performance Evaluation System Of Construction Quality Management

The quality management performance evaluation is a key link in construction quality management. The quality inspection and acceptance of building can't prove the rationality of the construction quality management. To solve the problem, the performance evaluation system of construction quality management in construction is established in this paper.According to the analysis to the connotation of construction quality management, choose 31 performance indexes from the three stages:the preparation, construction and preparatory acceptance. According to the processes of the membership analysis, correlation analysis and distinction analysis to the 31 performance indexes, a scientific performance evaluation system of construction quality management in construction stage was formed successfully. After, get the weight of every evaluation index by using entropy method in the process of performance evaluation first, and then using expert's appraisal to adjust the weight. We present an optimal weights combination method considering both subjective and objective weight information which can ensure the weight of the evaluation indexes scientific and objective. The end, to be convenient for appraiser to apply the technique and to make the evaluation system more feasible, this paper gives a brief appliance demonstration about the performance evaluation system.
