Urban artificial wetland park is a wetland's ecological features and a typical feature of the park, which main content is the ecological protection, scientific education, natural delight and sightseeing. City artificial wetland park emphasize on the wetland ecosystems ecological features and functions of wetlands protection, and use of natural science education and cultural property. On the one hand, the urban artificial wetland as a park, its main purpose is the use for people. On the other hand, the artificial wetland park is an important infrastructure and ecological which is sustainable development depends. It is one of the city residents which can continue to serve the foundation of course, playing an important role on cleaning air and sewage and purify the adjustment of urban environment. At present, the use of artificial wetland park was not optimistic. It is very necessary to use the Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) on the urban artificial wetland park.This paper discussed four aspects contents the space, facilities systems, the design process and the management, which was based on the POE related theory and the characteristic of artificial wetland park. Using observation, the questionnaire survey, the interview investigation and the data diagram method discuss the space systems, infrastructure systems, the design process and the management of Chengdu Living Water Garden. According to the four aspects' problems put forward some proposals to reform. This is to solve the conflicts and contradictions between the users and the environment. It also provides references for reform and management on Chengdu Living Water Garden, in addition, through to the study of Chengdu Living Water Garden analysis the experiences in planning for future reference to similar cases.
