Diabetic retinopathy(DR) is one of the typical features of microangioscopy of diabetes mellitus. Diabetic retinopathy is the leading cause of blindness of the patients with diabetes mellitus and decreases their life conditions.Factors such as duration of diabetes, blood press, blood lipid concentrations, poor blood glucose control are all known to have an impact on the condition and may be involved in its progression. Generally, damaged amphiblestrodes blood vascular systems may lead to vascellum epimatrix production, vascular cell proliferation, blood clotting and dissolution systemic alteration and cytokine change et al. Finally, the patients with diabetic retinopathy were blind because of amphiblestrodes exfoliation. The mechanisms of diabetic retinopathy was not clear.Adiponectin is produced in adipose.it inhibits the vascular formation. When abnormal increse in plasma, TNF-αmay impair the vascular endothelium,it may result in abnormal formation of endothelium cell and subsequent increased microvascular filtration capacity.Adiponectin and TNF-αmay take part in the occer and pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy. Objective To assay the serum APN,TNF-αlevels in normal subjects and the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) ,and to explore the correlation between them and diabetic retinopathy and offer a new clinical therapeutic thread for diabetic retinopathy.Method Thirty-one cases of type 2 diabetic patients without diabetic retinopathy(NDR group) , thirty cases of type 2 diabetic patients with background diabetic retinopathy(BDR group), twenty-nine cases of type 2...
