[Backgroud]Aging population is a main feature in human development in the 21st century.it has already become a significant biological and sociological problem. With the prolonged average life of people, morbidity of aging-related diseases rise gradually, such as cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, cancer, arthritis.Atherosclerosis(AS) has become the first killer to threaten the health of the aging population for its higher incidence, higher fatality rate and higher disability rate.A major risk factors of atherosclerotic cardioascular disease is aging. The morbidity of hypertension, coronary disease and shock rise significantly.Although AS is known as chronic inflammatory disease, more and more evidence suggested that cell senescence play a crucial role in AS.Therefore, studies on cell senescence and anti-senescence effects of LBP is significant to prevention and cure of AS.[Objectives]1.HUVECs were treated with Angâ…¡at different concentrations in vitro. Then, we observed the senescence and the expression of P-selectin on HUVECs induced by Angâ…¡to investigate the relation among Angâ…¡,HUVECs senescence and AS. dose-dependent manner.2.LBP could delay the aging of HUVECs induced by Angâ…¡,it is possibly through down-regulating the expression of p53 and P15.
