Today,almost all the world's launch bilingual education and recognize its importance, especially Quebec, Canada in which "immersion" bilingual education received high praise around the world, is recognized as a very successful type of bilingual education.Many countries would like to draw on the theoretical research and implementation methods for the implementation of their bilingual education. Last ten years,China has been exploring the implementation of bilingual education strategies. In Canada,, an analysis of "immersion" bilingual education through the theoretical study of specific implementation methods of bilingual education learn the meaning in China.In this study, use literature, questionnaires, interviews, by studying in Canada, "immersion" bilingual education achievements, analysis of the development of primary education of Jilin Yanbian, Yanbian region of China trying to Korean bilingual education for the development of useful experience. This study is divided into three parts:The first part introduces the problem of the origin and significance, explain the origin of this issue and research significance of the problem, scholars combed the research on bilingual education, described in this paper uses the research method, and bilingual education, the "immersion" bilingual education, Chinese Korean primary school bilingual education have been defined.The second part is the Canadian "immersion" bilingual education. Secondly, St.Lambert "immersion" bilingual education experiment, bilingual education laws and regulations in Canada, type of "immersion" bilingual education, "immersion" bilingual education teaching methods, teaching staff, "immersion" bilingual education have six reasons for the success of education in Canada "immersion" bilingual education a comprehensive exposition.The third part is the meanings of the history of Korean bilingual education; Korean bilingual education in our country, described the status of Koreans in China come after the implementation of bilingual education laws and regulations, Korean bilingual education, educational purposes, Korean Language, Chinese Language teaching materials, teaching staff problems in four; Finally, inspired by Canada's "immersion" bilingual education experiment., Korean bilingual education in our country's reality, some draw inspiration:Laws, regulations and policies to strengthen; Ways and means to strengthen bilingual education; Mobilize the enthusiasm of parents and community; Strengthen the construction of bilingual education teachers.
