Task-based language teaching, a significant language teaching theory,was put forward through a large number of researches and practice of foreign language teaching researchers in the 1980s. On the basis of rich theoretical and practical results of task-based teaching theory at home and abroad, combined with the actual needs of the American school, the author taught, this paper proposed the "three action" model of Chinese teaching methods based on task-based teaching theory and studied the model and explored the practice.This article consists of five chapters. The first chapter is the part of introduction, introducing the background and significance of the topic briefly, summarizing comprehensively the status quo of teaching and research concerned at home and abroad, which completes the platform of the task-based teaching in the macroscopic structures. Then, this part discusses the basic theory and research contents and methods of task-based language teaching, which lays the ideological foundation for the practical model.The second chapter interpretes the basis and philosophy of "three action" teaching model of Chinese classroom,and explaines its defination and framework on the basis of analysis of American teaching objects, educational background, and foreign language teaching standards. The third Chapter shows an overall design of the model, provides examples in terms of sub-parts, and offers general design model and outline. The fourth Chapter analyzes the implementation of the pattern through the realistic assessment and feedback.The fifth Chapter illustrates the implications and considerations of the model through the composition of teaching books for American children and suggestions given by Chinese language teachers to the United States,...
