Junior middle school non-resident students are at an important developmental period, in adapting to a new life of the city process, the campus has given them a very good buffer space. It is important for them to adapt new environment, which is good for their future life.floating children's school adjustment will be a major problem of the education sector.So,based on the analyzation of the previous researches,the resarches on the basis of the questionnaire examined the characteristics of floating junior middle school students'school adjustment,and to further explore the relations of school adjustment, social support, life satisfaction, the main conclusions obtained are as follows.(1)Junior middle school non-resident students adjustment had been divided into two parts,which is the intrinsic factor and the internal factor.While the intrinsic factor contains 2 dimensions:Self-evaluation,study adjustment;internal factor contains 3 dimensions:friend relationship, teacher-student relationship, School environment. The reliability and validity of the questionaire is acceptable in psychometrics.(2)Junior middle school non-resident students adjustment were at the middle level but a little lower.(3)There exists significant difference among the dimensions of junior middle school non-residen students adjustment except study adjustment doesn't have signification on sex. The girls are significantly higher than those of boys.(4)There exists significant difference among the dimensions of junior middle school non-resident students adjustment on grade.Self-evaluation,study adjustment,friend relationship,teacher-student relationship,shool environment gradely development with grade growth..(5)There exists significant difference among the dimensions of junior middle school non-resident students adjustment except of study adjustment doesn't have signification on single, and single are significantly higher than no single.(6)There exists significant difference among the dimensions of junior middle school non-resident students adjustment except of study adjustment doesn't have signification on cultural levels of parent, and the higher cultural levels of parent are significant than of that.(7) The dimensions of school adjustment had played a significant positviely related to social support, life satisfaction; school adjustment and social support positviely forecast life satisfaction;social support played a mediating effect between intrinsic factor of school adjustment and part of life satisfaction.
