Currently, more and more foreigners have the opportunities to come to China to learn Chinese language and have some cultural exchange activities. These studies and activities are various,including short-term Chinese teaching activities with a lot of problems to be solved. Many scholars at home and abroad have begun to study Chinese language teaching of short-term training. Because characteristics of short-term Chinese teaching itself, teachers need to prepare a general design for the training themselves. In teaching, teachers can not copy teaching programs, teaching schedule and other settings designed for the long duration of study. Teachers should make some plans for the learners themselves based on characteristics of their studies. Teachers should analyze them such as, their purpose of coming to China, duration and schedule of learning, learning interests, etc. The analysis should be conducted before the start of the teaching activities. The materials chosen to determine the smooth development of teaching content and teaching activities are helpful. Teachers can select short-term teaching materials or write by themselves, according to the characteristics of learners. In the teaching of culture, teachers should pay attention to the background of learners. Try to make the combination of teaching the traditional contemporary Chinese culture together. In addition, it should be noted that short-term and zero-based teaching of Chinese language teaching principles ,such as"the urgent things need to be learnt first","pay attention to make teaching interesting"and so on. Teachers should pay attention to the first class, so that students will be interested in the learning. In addition, teachers should also pay attention to every lesson. I believe that the effect of short-term Chinese language teaching is not for teaching Chinese language learners to improve the level Chinese in a short time, but for the promotion of Chinese language. So that students in Chinese language learning would be happy and they may be conscious to join in the Chinese Language Learning in the future.
