Content : It is well known that effective teaching designs are essential for the success of teaching. If teaching designs are not paid full attention, the teaching quality will be affected directly and it is tough for teachers to carry on teaching activities smoothly. Therefore, the research on teaching designs will not only improve enormously the efficiency of the Psychological Healthy Education course but will be of positive practical significance and value as well.The offering of Psychological Health Education course is an inevitable choice for the College Psychological Health Education. And because of its unique characteristics, teachers usually seldom adopt the static methods, while they often implement their teaching through various activities, which also results in the teaching designs different from the designs of other courses. Consequently, only with accurate analysis of this course's nature, can the teaching designs be effective and practical. Therefore, through the close analysis of the essence and characteristics of this course, this research makes a precise appraisal for the College Psychological Health Education on the basis of massive investigations. Meanwhile, the research analyzes in detail the design requirements, basic steps, points needing attention and teaching evaluation which is a vital part while usually be neglected by applying the theories of Psychology and Pedagogy to practice, so as to provide a model for the teaching of this course, and pave a broader way for the teaching of the College Psychological Health Education course.
