Study On Moral Construction Function And Realization Of Urban Community NGO

With the social development of globalization and integration, as well as the vicissitude in China's social development, the social civic consciousness germination is reflected, and the characteristics of civil society gradually emerged. Under this kind of background, the development of NGO and the construction of urban community has its necessity and the inevitability. They both developed rapidly in recent several years in China, and have achieved remarkable results. After all, they are the newly emerging things in China,it is not mature enough in this area's research, so over a period of time they will still be the hot spots. In the process of urban community construction, the moral construction of urban community is particularly important. It is regrettable that both managers, or researchers didn't have enough awearness in this aspect. So our urban community moral construction is still in the traditional level. With the outdate content, boring form, it is not easily accepted by the general population. Urban community NGO as a part of general NGO, because of its own ethical attributes, has great advantage in urban communitie moral construction. It is the study purpose of this paper that how to let urban community NGO develop healthly and give full play to its function of the moral construction. The full text divides into four parts.Chapter1 explains the development of urban community NGO in the modernization process.Firstly offers the definition of NGO, urban community, urban community NGO; Then analyzes the function of urban community NGO in community construction.Chapter2 focuses on the moral construction function of urban community NGO. Firstly emphesizes the importance of urban community moral construction, beacause it is not be concerned enough in theoretical field. But only we have known this point, it is meaninful to make this paper. Another part of this section is the key, that is the theoretical analysis on moral construction function of urban community NGO.Chapter3 gives an overview of the problems in the process of urban community NGO to play its moral construction function. In recent China, the awareness to the importance of community moral construction is not sufficiant, and more, we have not fully awared the great superiority of the community NGO in the process of community moral construction. So, to know these problems is important for resolving them.Chapter4 focuses on the solution of these problems above.
