Piano-teaching is a special knowledge; piano-teaching for children has particularity more. The piano teacher should acquaint himself/herself with children's state of mind, in addition, teacher should able to guide student, continuous initiate their rich emotion, foster children's fine psychological quality. In concrete, teacher should teach children how to feel, to understand and to have good commands of music. In order to enlighten children's creative thinking, teacher need to grasp children's psychology characteristic, arrange rational piano teaching degree and method.The content of this thesis can be marked as two major parts:Part one:Analyze children's mentality problem in piano studying, grasp the childhood mentality characteristic, and discuss the impact of mentality problem over piano teaching creation.Part two:According to children's mentality problem in piano studying and childhood mentality characteristic, the author advance some effective methods to raise piano-studying mass for children in this thesis. Such as renewing content, teaching means and teaching arrangement of courses in time; fostering children's study interest and their creative thinking ability; insisting the principle that teaching students according to their aptitude waits.Thereby, the author aims to make today's social music education change to emphasize on quality from putting particular emphasis on technical ability. This thesis draws up expressing author's opinion with regard to above-mentioned problem.
