The young students are being in the interpersonal relationship development the important period. Had the research to indicate that young students' human communication and the interpersonal relationship, specially the teachers and students, the companion relate, is not only dampening their study enthusiasm, the study efficiency and the creativity, moreover also direct relation their psychologically healthy. Therefore, understood that the young students human communication the development condition, grasps their interpersonal relationship the characteristic, instructs the young students to establish the good interpersonal relationship, regarding raises young students' psychology level of development, to maintain their physical and moral integrity to have the important meaning.Junior high pupil's teachers and students, how do the companion relate the level? Which affects the school contact the factor to have? Whether through the psychological intervention, collective mind counselling to further enhance its teachers and students, the companion to relate the level? At present domestic still lacked the relevant research. This research is precisely under above background proposed that through the questionnaire, understood the junior high pupil school contact the present situation and the contact barrier, and through the psychological intervention, to the experimental subject knew self-, accepts other people, aspects and so on promotion contact skill to carry on the intervention and the instruction pleased, attempts to seek one to improve its teachers and students, the companion to relate the level the efficient path.
