Study On Sustainable Land Use Of The Urban Fringe In Xinjiang

The urban fringe has dual character of city and country. There are furious contradictions in land agricultural use or non- agricultural use and many problems with the development of the economic and urbanization acceleration. From a long term of land use, the land use of urban fringe must be attached important. The article states its range and spectacle land use character, analyses its land use mishap with the positive and standard method. From several factors such as politics, sense, land management system and mechanism, planning ways which caused administration out of control and inefficient land use, the article poses the reason why the situation exists. In order to prevent blindness of land use from happening and establish scientific and legal strategy, with the aid of the sustainable land use theory and other relevant laws, the article proposals sustainable land use method of this region and corresponding measures from several aspects. Such as deepening reform of land use system, perfecting relevant laws, bringing forth new ideas in land use planning, claritying land property right system and developing land market, etc.
