This case is concerning human resource management, and is mainly composed of two parts:case description and case analysis. The case text describes the human resource management improvement process of SFH Company , who won its HR management competitive edge through improving its motivation mechanism. In the part two of case analysis, based on the aim of combining the theory with practice, the author uses the modern HR management theory and his own practical working experiences to make in梔epth analysis and study of the failure and success of the SFH Company抯 motivation mechanism. then the author proposes that the company should put emphasis on 搕he zero cost motivation? take into consideration the motivation mechanism effect and implement motivation strategy in order to adept itself to the changing needs of the staff and the globalization trend of the HR management.
