As the development of information technology, people realize the value of knowledge and information gradually. Knowledge and information will pervade in every space in which we live. Knowledge economy based on knowledge production and knowledge distribution has come into being. Information enterprise is a outcome of the process of marketing knowledge and information. Information enterprise is a new economic organization which produces and manages information products. Compared with traditional enterprise, the effects of information enterprise抯 producing. management and marketing will be more dependent on the owning and utilization of knowledge capital. Therefore, how to manage information enterprise抯 knowledge capital and activate knowledge innovation is the key factor of getting competitive dominant position in fierce market competition. As far as information enterprise is concerned, how to exploit and take advantage of human resources is a core of knowledge management, An effective incentive mechanism and incentive methods will promote employee抯 knowledge production and knowledge innovation and coordinate the goal of information enterprise and its employee.
