Thus, enterprises must be responsible for the society sustainable development and make a contribution to it.Based on the analysis of present conditions and the existing problems of the modern enterprises, combined with the view of sustainable development, this thesis puts up the probability and necessity of enterprise sustainable development, analyzes the external and internal factors which affect the enterprise sustainable development, establishes the evaluation system and the model of enterprise sustainable development. The thesis introduces attribute-identified model which can evaluate and seriate the level of the enterprises sustainable development. It clearly quantifies the degree of enterprise sustainable development. At the same time it also makes the enterprise know which position it belongs to. According as theoretic and actual result, the enterprise can establish next strategy of sustainable development. At last the thesis puts forward three essence approaches to achieve enterprise sustainable development. Simultaneous it provides a newly and practicable thinking for enterprise sustainable development.
