The article consists of two parts: case description and case study.In the case description part, author introduces the current situation of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, the necessity and urgency of New Baiyun Airport construction, the basic programme of New Baiyun Airport, the current management model and organization structure, the standing of Baiyun Airport among national and international airports, etc. This part provides the necessary information and material for case study.In the case study part, author puts forward the connotation of airline centre structure and the requirement of hub. By SWOT and PEST, he analyses the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threat of Baiyun Airport. The strategic conclution is that Baiyun Airport should construct a compound hub. At last, author puts forward the strategic realization of Baiyun Hub. Baiyun Airport should improve six parts including the management model, the operation mechanism, the information management system, the process of passages and luggage, the basic airline and the clearance condition, etc.
