This thesis consists of two parts: case and analysis.In the body of case, detailed presentation is made about the background of Guangzhou Putian Tele-corn Equipment Co., Ltd and its current innovations of human resources management. The said company in the case has carried out a comprehensive innovation of the remuneration system by strongly introducing job-based ranked salaries and performance assessment method that has proved effective in its application in the company.Case analysis includes three parts. The first part is intended to make an analysis upon the innovation ideas of Guangzhou Putian with the help of modern theories of human resources management, to have a discussion on the issue of how to establish a reasonable and efficient remuneration system in order to impel employees on their work by means of remuneration system innovation and performance assessment. In the second part analysis is made on the application and results of job-based ranked salaries system in consideration of its rationality, effectiveness and reliability. In the third part, the author probes the problems concerning the new remuneration system arising in its application, puts forward suggestions for improvement of the system and intends to make continuous modifications and improvements to the system in its application.
