Constructing Core Competence Of The Real Estate Management Corporation And Analyzing It's Countermeasure

The estate management, as a promising industry, has a history of 20 years in China. On the effect of welfare-house, the estate managers are "who have exploit the estate". Now, the government commences to standardize the estate market, to introduce the competitive system and to put into practice the bidding management. This makes the estate corporation face the serious competence.The core competence is important for the estate corporation to win the competitive advantage. So, the paper points out the estate corporation need to build the competitive advantage, and analyses its countermeasure. The paper includes four sections:Firstly, to analyze and introduce the core competence and its importance in the estate corporation. Then, to set forth the opposite of the core competence ?core rigidity. In the third part, some quantitative methods based on AHP and fuzzy clustering algorithms are proposed to identify core competence for one or several estate corporations, moreover, the feasibility of core competence reengineering in the estate corporation is demonstrated. In the end, based on the refusing and removing - rigidity, the paper brings forward the measures to cultivate and advance the core competence of the estate corporation.
