Researching Decision-making Method Based On The Confliction Of Structural Requirement

Based upon researching the management theory at all times and in all over the world,combining with the actual circs of China and the working experience of author,applying the principle of systems engineering,this paper researches the theory and method on decision-making according the requirement. This paper presents some concepts such as required gravitation,negative required gravitation,required resultant force and decision-making gene etc.,describes and analyses required theory in form of required gravitation,founds the model and method of decision-making required resultant force,lists the analyzed casts and presents the evaluate guide line.Decision-making is a complex process and involves many aspects. The questions,thinking way and method presented in this paper,have certain universality on settling the macroscopically management problems,and will act an important rule for settling some certain problems.
