Studies On Monitoring And Evaluation System Of The Agricultural Comprehensive Exploitation Projects

Project management is guarantee of carrying outproject smoothly during project implementation phase. According to the successful experience of international investment organizations, monitoring and evaluation must be looked as the important method of project management during project implementation. Monitoring and evaluation have high technical nature and tight structure. They can affect project implementation. As a subsystem of project management, monitoring and evaluation are efficient means to implement project management.With the loan projects of the World Bank, China began to carry out monitoring and evaluation in agriculture projects. However, as a main method of project management, they are not perfect in understanding, mechanism of organization and functions. In order to improve the management of agricultural projects, the penmen put forward a set of project monitoring and evaluationsystem based on successful experience of international investment organization and practice of China in foreign capital projects. It can be fit for request to go on project management in the light of international usual practice. So it has important meaning to increase investment beneficent of the agricultural comprehensive exploitation projects.
