Company "T" is a large state-owned enterprise. The author prepares the thesis according to the ten- year working experience in the company. The thesis tries to resolve the problem existing in the large state-owned enterprise by studying the personnel's training and training evaluationo The ultimate purpose of the training is to improve the diathesis of the stuff so that the stuff can broaden perspective and sharpen skills in decision-making, problem solving, communication and management. The strength of the study is that it gives readers a better understanding of the many aspects of training and where to go for answers.As per my study and experience, personnel's training on one hand can improve the efficiency on a large scale. On the other hand it helps to enhance the coherence of the stuff so that the company can retain the excellent talents employee. In the modern society, any company must set up a brand-new human resource management system to satisfy the need of severe competition. Personnel's training is a long-lasting and high-cost job nowadays. In order to insure and maximize the benefit of the training, the training evaluation is an essential procedure. The company shall choose different ways to check its own training aftereffect. And follow-up evaluation is the most important and effective measure to examine the personnel's training work.
