Villager's autonomy is an important part of the political structure reform of our country. It's very significant for promoting the democratic politics construction and economic all-side social progress of our country to strengthen its theoretical research. In recent years, practice of villager's autonomy of our country has made great achievement, but still facing lots of problems that needs to be solved, and this calls the explanations and guide of the theory urgently.
