Land market of China since setting up, short 20 time for one year go through stage , developing stage of exploring, now is at reason and advance stage. This course is course of the land system reform: State-run land from free indefinite, use flowed to have develop to be paid , have time limit, mobility is used. This course is course of evaluation system development of the price of land too, the evaluation system is from assessing developing towards the direction of assessing directly indirectly. But the continuity of the evaluation system set up under the situation that the evaluation system of the price of land remains the Chinese land market and does not develop at present of China, this has resulted in assessing price of land and price of land of the market and differing greatly, even the two have no appearance of the comparativity question at all.
