Two noticeable development trends have appeared in the international economy during the 21st century. One is economy globalization and the other is transnational corporation's mergers and acquisitions(M&A) extending abroad which has caused the tide of M&A in globality enterprises. These two trends are influencing the economy of various countries.Obviously, the topic of this essay is study M&A that is a focus question in the contemporary world economic research. The global enterprises have a history of more than 100 years Of M&A and have already happened six times of M&A tide so far. The inertia of its M&A is influenced and is agitated 21st century. It will exert a far-reading influence to the international economy, including China's economy. So, overall and deeply analyzing the characteristic, the reason, the performance have important directive significance to accelerating China's economy paces, impelling the Chinese enterprises to implement internationalized management strategy, tackling the challenge of WTO and improving the international competitiveness.This essay insists on taking Marxism as guide and fully absorbs and draws lessons from the helpful content contemporary western economics. A combination of history analysis and logic analysis, standard analysis and instance analysis, some important problems have been probed into omni-directionally, such as the current situation of domestic M&A, international enterprises M&A, the risk management of transnational M&A and the merger strategy after M&A. .Analyze and summarize the experience and lessons of western developed countries, especially U.S.A., and then propose the policies and measures of Chinese enterprise M&A, especially transnational M&A.This proposition proceeds from theory quality, practicability and strives to be brief and concise, outstanding emphasis. Using quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, summarize and discuss the theory of M&A in domestic enterprises and abroad enterprises through using for reference of overseas countries. Nothing the enterprises in China and abroad for example, propose the method and opinions of effectiveness in M&A and expect to have certain reference to enterprise M&A in the future.
