According to the famous scholar-Michael E Porter 's standpoint that if the enterprise wants to obtain the market with ever-lasting vitality, the most important thing is its product or service can be accepted by market, further to say, namely, the enterprise must have its own core competition, which means that the cost is in the lead with marking the fancy. But for the enterprise's core competence, on one hand is to operate customers, on the other hand is to operate the intellectual, namely human resource. As one of the most important production factors, human resource has taken the vital part in the business strategy programming, and provide the mighty motive for the development of the enterprise. However, because of the complexity of its factors, such as mental state, physiology for having and behavior character etc, which may cause its target deviates in some degree between the individual and the collective behaviors, thus the human resource risk may easily create.Being the most important production factor, the negative influence caused by human resource risk is also very serious, even it will result in the bankruptcy of enterprises in the end. This will ask for the enterprise to grade the human resource risk degree inside as early as possible, and analyze the reason it may create and the result it may bring, in order to take the measure homologous!} , and evade the human resource risk utmost.For now, the most popular human resource risk evaluation method has primarily two kinds, namely, the expert evaluation method and the quantitative analysis method. The former appoints several experts to precede the classification to the human resource risk inside first, then grading one by one. The latter establishes human resource risk mathematics model which relying on the misty mathematics method, to analyze the bad results human resource risk may cause. But because of the proper blemish in these two kinds of analysis, the good result cannot always be attained in the actual application. So in this text, theauthor puts forward a kind of analysis method that combines quantitative analysis and subjective evaluation method, and hope to have the help in the actual human resource risk evading.
