Study On The Methods Of Ex-post Evaluation Of Water-power Engineering

On the basis of the study of Ex-post Evaluation of Project domestic and abroad, against features of water-power engineering, this paper divides contents of Ex-post Evaluation of water-power engineering into procedure evaluation economic benefits evaluation impact evaluation moving people evaluation sustainability evaluation. It determine the contents of evaluation and account form; in this paper ,it applys the conmprehensive evaluation methods, establishes the evaluating indicator system, determines the index weight, in order to evaluate the project.In the end, according to features of water-power engineering, this paper formulate the contents and model about Ex-post Evaluation of water-power engineering.
