The Research On The Implementation And Application Model Of ERP Based On PM And BPM

The successful implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system could be sure to reduce cost and increase benefit. However, the low ratio of ERP system successfully implemented is an unargumentative fact. How to improve the ratio that the enterprises implement the ERP system successfully has become the focus problem in the enterprise circles and the academic environment.Program management and process management of ERP implementation are the key factors that influence the success of ERP. They can provide theoretical and methodical flat support for the implementation of ERP system. The application of program management and process management in the implementation of ERP system can improve the succeed ratio.In this dissertation, the author divides in detail the stages of the program management. Meanwhile, the model of successful application of the theories and methods of program management in the implementation of ERP system are discussed. In this dissertation, the author particularly discusses how to actualize the detailed program management task about total management, range management, cost management, and risk management, etc. Breaking through the limit of BPR (Bussiness Process Reengineering), the author discusses the relationship of BPM and ERP and the application model of the implementation of BPM during ERP implementation with the view of the BPM (Bussiness Process Management, including BPO (Bussiness Process Optimization), BPI (Bussiness Process Improvement), BPR). The necessity of the BPM implementation is also briefly discussed on the platform of ERP system.Finally, the author constructs the model of the ERP implementation and application based on the project management and process management. One of special cases also be analyzed at the end of the dissertation.
