The Research Of The Virtual Management For Xinyu Lt.Co. In Shaanxi

With the maturity of economy and technology, virtual enterprise, as a new form of enterprise's organization , has been adopted by more and more enterprises . As the advancement of the technology of information and communications, virtual management has shown great potential. In the times of knowledge economy, for medial-and-small size enterprises in China, especially in the West China , what's important is how to come to make a profit on both sides by the advantages and traits of the information and shared resource based on virtual management.After the introduction of some theories of the virtual enterprises and virtual management in this paper, the general situation of virtual management in China and the advantage and challenge in the process of it, are demonstrated . The design of the virtual management focuses on virtual production and sets up the model forproduction controlling and quality guarantee, and the system for communication network. In order to develop the enterprise in a long run and perform the design successfully , the last part of the paper advises for the cultivation of the enterprise's competitive-edge and the choice of companions , introduces and brings in the mechanism of quality controlling , and emphasizes the importance of changing the management idea.
