Supply Chain Management And Perfermance Evaluation

The construction of sulpply chain is the basement of management of supply chain .while perfermace evaluation for supply chain enterprise is the test for implementation of supply chain management. In this paper the author studies the implementation of supply chain management and perfermace evaluation for supply chain enterprise with the begin of the essence of management of supply chain management.The text consists of two parts.the first part which includes three aspects expounds the implementation of supply chain management.In the first aspect the author raises basic concepts about supply chain and supply chain management,analyse the difference between traditional management and supply chain management and studies integrated supply chain management.In the second aspect the author sets forth the construction of supply chain .At the beginning .several models of supply chain structure and the principle for supply chain design are introuduced.Then the author analyses the design procedure .Because the production and industry are different, the design procedure is also different. Here design procedge analysis is based on the production supply chain.Last the author studied the importance of building up relationship of the parter of supply chain,which finds firm ground for selection of supply chain parter.In the third aspect the author studies selection method of the supply chain parter .Firstly price,quality and punctual delivery are considered three major factors in selecting supply chain parter after suming up plenty of domestic and foreign achievement about evaluation principle.Then the author sets forth the method and application of AHP.TOPSIS and method of data mining in selection of the parter of supply chain respectively.The second part constructs the perfermace evaluation system for the supply chain enterprise.Firstly,evaluating principles for the supply chain enterprise are set up ;secondly,with the modularization theory ,the author put forwards a supply chain frame model.and gets the evaluating guidelines guided by the evaluating principles; thirdly.thegeneral performance model is given.for the weightiness coefficient of the guidelines.they can be gained through an improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP);Finally,a case is provides to demonstrate the effectiveness of the system.
