Organizational Culture (OC) study is an important hotspot in enterprise management, concentrating mainly OC structure and the impact of OC on enterprises. Enterprise can make use of the result to improve OC and enterprise effectiveness.The goals of this study were to investigate the structure of OC, and to examine the relative effects of enterprise effectiveness. To gain these objects, some standard methods were employed, such as in-depth interview, questionnaire etc. In data analysis, some traditional statistical methods, such as exploring factor analysis, one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis were used.This study covers three parts. Firstly, this study worked out an OC questionnaire by the principles and techniques of psychometrics and statistics, such as investigation and factor analysis. The result showed that OC should be multidimensional structure. After factor analysis, the data showed that should be 8 types of OC, which were respectively named as Objectives & Vision, Customer Focus, Model, Agreement, Employee Orientation, Organizational Learning, Coordination and Integration, Team Orientation. Then, this study examined the relationship of OC and it's antecedents. These antecedents included enterprise type, enterprise age, enterprise size. At last, we discussed the relations between OC and enterprise effectiveness and found that OC have strong relation with 7 index of enterprise effectiveness and different enterprise effectiveness can be forecasted by some OC factors. Seven measure were given for building OC and improve enterprise effectiveness.
