Evaluation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Enterprise Core Competencies

Being basic elements in a nation's economy, enterprises behave as competitors in market competition among countries. And enterprise's competence exerts great influences on a country's industry competence and nation competence. Providing motive source for the enterprises' competence, the core competence is the key point for a company's sustaining and stable development. Based upon the competence theories, and through empirical analysis of the core competence of Chinese traditional medicine companies, this thesis uses mathematical and statistical methods to attempt to distinguish competitive advantages and disadvantages of Chinese traditional medicine companies, and to make forward strategies to upgrade the core competence of the companies. This thesis is composed of four chapters. Chapter one summarizes the core competence theories; chapter two establishes an index system and evaluation methods for the core competence of Chinese traditional medicine companies; chapter three executes positive evaluation of two public Chinese traditional medicine companies; the last chapter is some suggestions for the improvement of the core competence of Chinese traditional medicine companies.
